林安琪Ciwas Tahos是行為藝術與新媒體藝術創作者，畢業於加拿大西蒙菲莎大學當代視覺藝術系，現居臺北，就讀國立臺北藝術大學新媒體藝術學系碩士班，透過錄像藝術、行為藝術、網路藝術和裝置藝術的跨領域創作，試圖探討主流世界觀之外的新理解形式。今年（2022 ）的展覽計畫包括：Artspace Aotearoa 個展（紐西蘭）、細着藝術（Suaveart）與Jatiwangi Art Factory於第15屆德國文件展（印尼／德國）的聯合創作計畫。近期重要作品展出包含：2021年未至之城-2021亞洲藝術雙年展、《她可能來至＿＿社》（臺灣）、2021年綠島人權藝術季《水池中的土地》錄像作品、2020年原住民當代藝術中的性別視鏡：迷園展出《紋面》與《獨木舟》作品（臺灣）、參與2019 年第 24 屆日本國際行為藝術節（日本）。
